Partnering with Public Sector Organizations

Both public and private sector organizations are being challenged to become more efficient in all types of activities in order to save money or offer better value to customers. One response has been increased collaboration both among public sector organizations and between the public and private sector. Both types of relationships bring with them their own unique attributes in culture, expectations, transparency requirements as well as complexities of accountability as governance mechanisms evolve to accommodate the new relationships.
